When you place an order, we instantly calculate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose and your location. You can see the shipping amount estimated in the shopping cart.
All the items you see on our web site are available and in stock for immediate shipping in the all the sizes and colours shown.
If you're in the United States, keep in mind the exchange rate. You will pay less than the regular price depending on the currency conversion. You can change the currency option on the home page in the upper left corner of the screen.
We ship via Canada Post and US Postal Service, which is completely trackable in Canada and the United States on the Canada Post web site. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the tracking number.
We don't like to ship to community post boxes, as they are not secure. If your mail is delivered to a community box you will receive your parcel at the closest postal office to your mailing address.
If there are any special instructions, please enter them in the order 'notes' at checkout. Eg. "Okay to leave on porch." Or. "Please ring the doorbell"
It's easy. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. If the return is a result of our error; such as an incorrect or defective item we will refund including shipping.
If you need to return an item simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All items purchased in October are a final sale. Seasonal costumes like Christmas costumes are a final sale. Some items are a final sale due to health regulations. We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, clearance, wigs, wings, boas, special orders, or any item not in new condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It just depends how long it takes the item to make its way back to us, and your bank's response time.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
