Shipping & Returns


Regular shipping is free on orders over $150 within British Columbia.

$5 flat shipping is available for all orders delivered in the Vancouver area, Whistler and the Sunshine Coast.

All the items you see on our web site are available and in stock for immediate shipping in the all the sizes and colours shown.

If you're in the United States, keep in mind the exchange rate. You will pay less than the regular price depending on the currency conversion. 

When you place an order, we instantly calculate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose and your location. You can see the shipping amount estimated in the shopping cart.  

We ship via Canada Post and US Postal Service, which is completely trackable in Canada and the United States on the Canada Post web site. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the tracking number.

We don't like to ship to community post boxes, as they are not secure. In most cases you will receive your parcel at the closest postal office to your mailing address. Please let us know if you would prefer delivery to your doorstep.


It's easy. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. If the return is a result of our error; such as an incorrect or defective item we will refund including shipping.

If you need to return an item simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All costumes are a final sale after October 10th. Some items are a final sale due to health regulations. We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, clearance, wigs, wings, boas, special orders, or any item not in new condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It just depends how long it takes the item to make its way back to us.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
